We are Hiring:
1- Process Engineer :
Job Purpose
Plans laboratory work, evaluates the work performed and handles procedural and technical laboratory problems
Followup procurement of lab equipment, reagents, consumables and chemicals
Organise the sampling and analyses schedule
Follow up the process KPIs, report any abnormality to the Operation Manager, implement adjustments to the process and participate in the identification and implementation of improvements and optimisations.
Main Account abilities
Reports to the Operation & Process Manager about the plant daily analyses and the plant dysfunctions (out of range values, non conform sampling, sludge quality, etc.)
Writes work instructions and procedures
Ensures information feedback to the laboratory staff
Develops and implements the QA/QC program, including the control of conformity of the analysis
Elaborate internal reports and contractual reports for the client.
2- Procurement Engineer:
Responsibility
Responsible for purchasing of materials and equipment necessary for all O&M JV including managing purchasing
Responsible for sourcing and accreditation of strategic suppliers
Responsible for sourcing and negotiating of pricing for all materials available locally and internationally.
Establish blanket purchase orders/agreements and bulk commodity pricing agreements to ensure cost savings
Responsible for developing and monitoring systems and procedures for the procurement department
Responsible to keep up to date the systems & files for all purchase request, orders and follow up records
Comply with all applicable QHSEEn/AM policy, rules, procedures, best practices as communicated and be committed to the continuous improvement process and deploy within the perimeter
Provides systematic purchase document controlling for reporting
Provides monthly report status of purchases and deliveries
Coordinates to all department and section work for all purchasing related issues
Keeps updated lists of all details of suppliers / contractors and other accredited institutions for future references
Follows purchasing procedure applicable for the company
Monitor and address the supplier in terms of pricing and delivery performance
