MAA Jordan hosted yesterday its second Specialty gathering- for our engineering alumni.
The event started with an inspiring talk about past and future of AI, by our alumnus Eng. Abood Quraini from NVIDIA, Silicone valley, and was followed by a round table and interactive session between the members. Mrs. Dana Ramadan was our star MC and event was concluded with Trivia questions where the top 3 winners received McGill swag.

What a great event yesterday hosting Dr. Anita Nowak on her book tour for an interactive talk about empathy followed by a dinner at Ayass hotel, Amman, Jordan.
Thank you to everyone in Montreal and Amman who made this happen. Above all, thank you to Dr. Anita who gave a wonderful and stimulating talk during a time of big crisis the Middle East is living in the midst of a collective empathy deficit observed worldwide.
