On PTSD Awareness Day, we recognize the impact of trauma and the importance of compassionate, informed care.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is a condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing distressing events. While its effects are often invisible, they can deeply influence thoughts, emotions, and daily functioning.

At MDB, we emphasize that understanding trauma is the first step toward meaningful support. When awareness replaces silence, individuals are more likely to seek help, feel understood, and begin the process of healing.

Healing is possible—with the right care, support, and understanding.
