2. يفهم ويستجيب للأوامر والطلبات البسيطة.
3. يمكنه تمييز الأشياء المحيطة به، مثل أفراد عائلته وأجزاء جسمه والأشياء التي يستخدمها بشكل يومي.
4. يبدأ في استخدام الإشارات والكلمات للتعبير عما يرغب به.
