إنجازاتٌ تتعدد .. واسمٌ واحد يواصل الحضور في منصات التميّز
"إعلام التطبيقية" يحصد المركز الأول بجائزة الإعلام للشباب العربي «إبداع»
تميّز التطبيقية لا يُقال عن مخرجاتها .. بل تثبته النتائج حين تكون المنافسة حقيقية
فكما رسّخت جامعة العلوم التطبيقية الخاصة حضورها في ميادين الاعتماد والتصنيف والتميّز الأكاديمي، يواصل طلبتها ترجمة هذا التميّز إلى إنجازاتٍ تتقدم بها أسماؤهم على منصات المنافسة، محليًا وعربيًا ودوليًا، وفي مجالات وتخصصات متعددة.
وفي إنجاز جديد؛ حققت الطالبة رهف المحتسب، من قسم الإعلام الرقمي في كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة العلوم التطبيقية الخاصة، المركز الأول في جائزة الإعلام للشباب العربي – «إبداع»، عن فئة التقارير الصحفية، وذلك بإشراف الدكتور صدام المشاقبة والدكتور أحمد عريقات.
وجرى تسليم الجائزة للطالبة رهف المحتسب خلال حفل افتتاح قمة الإعلام العربي، التي ينظمها نادي دبي للصحافة، بمشاركة جامعات ومؤسسات إعلامية من مختلف الدول العربية، وبحضور نخبة من الإعلاميين والشخصيات والمؤسسات البارزة في القطاع الإعلامي العربي.
وأقيم حفل التكريم في مركز التجارة بمدينة دبي، حيث جرى خلال الحفل تكريم الفائزين بجائزة الإعلام للشباب العربي «إبداع».
وحمل مشروع الطالبة رهف المحتسب عنوان: «عمالة الأطفال الرقمية.. وراء الشهرة الرقمية، طفولة تُدار ولا تُعاش»، ويتناول الآثار السلبية لعمالة الأطفال الرقمية على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، بوصفها أحد أشكال عمالة الأطفال في العصر الرقمي. ويقدم التقرير معالجة صحفية معمقة ذات بعد إنساني، مدعومة بالبيانات ووسائط الإعلام الرقمي الحديثة.
ويأتي هذا الإنجاز امتدادًا لمسيرةٍ تتوالى فيها النجاحات، وتتعدد فيها ميادين التميّز، ليؤكد أن ما تصنعه جامعة العلوم التطبيقية الخاصة في طلبتها يتجاوز المعرفة إلى أثرٍ يُرى، وإنجازٍ يفرض حضوره حيث تكون المنافسة.
إنجازاتٌ تتعدد… واسمٌ واحد يبقى حاضرًا في المقدمة؛ لأن التميّز في التطبيقية لا يُورث عنوانًا، بل يصنعه طلبةٌ يثبتون في كل ميدان أن وراء كل إنجاز… جامعة.
ASU Media Wins First Place in the Arab Youth Media Award “Ibda’a”
ASU’s excellence is not claimed through its graduates and students… it is proven by results where competition is real.
Just as Applied Science Private University has established a distinguished presence in the fields of academic accreditation, rankings, and excellence, its students continue to translate this excellence into achievements, taking their names to the forefront of competitive platforms locally, regionally, and internationally, across diverse fields and disciplines.
In a new achievement, Rahaf Al-Muhtaseb, a student in the Digital Media Department at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Applied Science Private University, won first place in the Arab Youth Media Award – “Ibda’a”, in the Journalistic Reports category, under the supervision of Dr. Saddam Al-Mashaqbeh and Dr. Ahmad Arieqat.
The award was presented to Rahaf Al-Muhtaseb during the opening ceremony of the Arab Media Summit, organized by the Dubai Press Club, with the participation of universities and media institutions from across the Arab world, and in the presence of prominent media professionals, figures, and institutions from the Arab media sector.
The award ceremony was held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, where the winners of the Arab Youth Media Award “Ibda’a” were honored.
Rahaf Al-Muhtaseb’s project, titled “Digital Child Labor: Behind Digital Fame, a Childhood Managed Rather Than Lived,” explores the negative impacts of digital child labor on social media platforms, as one of the emerging forms of child labor in the digital age. The report presents an in-depth journalistic treatment with a strong human dimension, supported by data and contemporary digital media tools.
This achievement is an extension of a continuing journey of success, across diverse fields of excellence, reaffirming that what Applied Science Private University instills in its students goes beyond knowledge to create visible impact and achievements that make their mark wherever genuine competition takes place.
Achievements may vary… but one name remains at the forefront; because at ASU, excellence is not simply a title to claim—it is built by students who prove, in every field, that behind every achievement… there is a university.
