Quick, effective and realistic treatment; educate the patient to stop the habit and restore the defect with composite ( facing)

Comprehensive treatment plan is what a-lot of our patients need. This patient had two crowns done around 1 year ago!. The comprehensive plan involved extraction, implant, separate single crowns.

Lithium disilicate upper right first premolar crown. Shade mapping was done to get the right shade.

32 years old male. His wedding is in few months and wants to improve his smile. An ideal treatment plan involves orthodontic treatment and implant placement. This plan was declined due to cost and time.
A three units zirconia bridge modifying the canine shape and replacing congenitally missing tooth was done. Soft tissue defect was mimicked with pink porcelain. Careful shade selection and proper preparation design guarantee nice results.

Oral rehabilitation to improve function and esthetic. Crown lengthening was done followed by indirect restorations over natural teeth and posterior implants.

حالة إعادة تأهيل فموي لمريضة عانت من مشاكل صحية ونفسية أدت لتسوس الأسنان و فقدان بعض منها. الخطة العلاجية بدأت بتعليم المريضة طرق العناية بالأسنان والعادات الصحية للمحافظة على الأسنان. تمت إزالة كافة التسوسات و علاج الأسنان بتركيبات تجميلية. الأسنان المفقودة تم التخطيط لزراعتها و تركيبها لاحقا. Full mouth rehabilitation for a young patient had medical and psychological issues lead to destruction of her dentition and smile. Treatment plan started with oral hygiene instructions and caries control phase. Fixed all ceramic crowns were the definitive treatment. Missing teeth are planned to be replaced with implants supported crowns

Full mouth rehabilitation case. Patient had poor long span PFM bridge replaced with single crowns on the abutment teeth. Missing teeth areas are planned for bone grafting and implants.
