Empowering New Teachers for Creative and Inclusive Learning
As part of our professional development program, our new teachers participated in two engaging workshops focusing on Thinker’s Keys and inclusive education.
During the Thinker’s Keys workshop, teachers explored practical and creative strategies that encourage students to question, imagine, analyse, and approach ideas from different perspectives.
The inclusive education workshop introduced the roles of the main, support, and shadow teachers, emphasising teamwork in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for every student.
We look forward to seeing our new teachers apply these strategies to inspire creativity, promote deeper thinking, and support every learner in our classrooms!
