Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please note that Grades three (3) to six (6) students will resume face- to-face classes on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Classes will start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 1:30 p.m. daily. Students should bring their lunch and water. As time goes by, you will be informed about any changes to this arrangement.

We are working urgently to see how we can secure space to accomodate the remainder of the school population. Information regarding the mode of instruction for Infant one (1) to grade two (2) will be communicated in short order.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who came out to help with the clean-up efforts at the Retirement Primary & Infant School yesterday. Your time, energy, and compassion made a significant difference in our recovery efforts.

Your dedication, hard work, and kindness demonstrate your selflessness and willingness to lend a hand in our time of need.

I appreciate you:

- Clearing the grounds of debris, cutting up fallen trees, raking the yard, pushing out water from classrooms, discarding damaged materials, salvaging wet books and furniture and putting them to dry.

- Assisting to prepare and serve lunch and water.

- Offering words of encouragement and support.

Your contributions will have a lasting impact on the lives of our students and the school community. We cannot thank you enough for being part of our recovery efforts.

Please note that on Tuesday, November 13, 2025, we will be carrying out hurricane disaster clean-up activities at the Retirement Primary and Infant School. Kindly take along your rakes, machetes, saws, and other tools that could assist with this activity.

Due to limited internet connection, it's a challenge to spread the message, so please help to spread the word.
