Phase one now complete.ice bath day for most of the girls.

Phase one coming to an end with final stretching session before ice bath day tmrw. Girls are making good progress just hoping that they will get the support needed. Thanks to coaches Michael Hodgson and Michelle Venson for the time they have invested, also team managers Sandrene McKenzie and Tavol Johson

Despite still not having the playfield to use the girls have been progressing very well. The team will be posted on the notice board on monday October 3. Keep up the bus work girls. FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION
