Today was a great day

For registration you'll need a copy of your child's birth certificate and immunization card. The child should be fully immunized for his/her age. 2 passport size pictures of the child along with a pictures of both parents.
NB* photocopy the immunization section and family history if its the health passport the child has; make sure to write your child's name on the photocopied papers.
