What an incredible group of new students we have just had the privilege to train 🌊✨
They came from all walks of life. From the seasoned Jamaican spearfisher who effortlessly swam 100m underwater (four lengths of our pool) to the courageous student who only learned to swim a year ago and bravely stepped into the unknown 💙
Each one pushed beyond their limits, discovering new confidence, new skills, and a deeper connection with the water. What moved us most was not just the progress in breath hold and technique, but the way the freediving community has grown into a circle of support with students uplifting each other, cheering for one another, and celebrating every small victory together.
This is what it is all about. Courage, growth, and shared passion. We are beyond grateful for every single student who has trusted us with their journey 🙏🏽
