Why Students and Parents need this Consultancy Service? All the personnel including School Board that work in a school are functionaries of the Ministry of Education and are usually bound by collective responsibility. They usually speak with one voice that reflect the interest of Ministry of Education. There is always the need for an independent entity that can review decision on behalf of students and parents to see if they are in breach of the rights of the individual involved. S.P.E.E.C.H.S will act as the mediator between the school, student, parent and the school employee. It will be the voice of the aggrieved student, parent and employees. In many instant student and parent are weak in articulating their rights due to their lack of knowledge of the education system and have to accept what the school says, even the school is wrong. S.P.E.E.C.H.S by its expertise will ensure that the rights of the student and school employees is upheld at all times. Services for Aggrieved Students and Parents:
