Our ideal location, in the tourism Mecca of Jamaica, and overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea, is an open invitation to students and academia from across the region and the world. The UWI Mona – Western Jamaica Campus (WJC) was established in 2008 as Mona in the West and is a direct response to the increasing demand for access to quality higher educational opportunities across the western region of the country. Our programmes include undergraduate degrees in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Digital Media Production, Integrated Marketing Communication, International Relations, Management Studies, Nursing, Psychology, and Tourism Management. Additionally, the Mona School of Business offers an MBA and MSc in Accounting programme. These programmes reflect the demands of critical growth industries in the region and are aligned with identified goals and aspirations of the populace.
