Save this prayer ⤵️for when you feel the weight of transition pressing on you and share it with the woman who keeps wondering why everything has to break before she rises.

Father, I come to You in this moment holding every wound that showed up right before my elevation. I give You the hurt that came from people I trusted. I give You the confusion that made me question my value. I give You the isolation that made me feel like I was walking alone. Remind me that none of this is punishment. It is preparation. It is pruning. It is proof that You are pulling me higher.

Strengthen my heart so I do not misinterpret this process. Help me see that the wounds are not signs that I am failing but signs that You are forming something greater inside me. Teach me to trust Your timing when my own timeline feels shattered. Teach me to stand firm when my emotions want to run. Teach me to believe that You are close even when the room grows quiet.

Lord, elevate me with a healed heart. Elevate me with a steady spirit. Elevate me with a renewed mind. And while I wait, give me the grace to endure what stretches me and the wisdom to release what no longer fits where You are taking me. I believe You are guiding me, growing me, and guarding me. I believe that everything I’m walking through is making me the woman You already see. Amen.
