That's how it is here at UrAvgTrader. We discussed all the moves anticipated for 50s in the Monday "Lockdown Day Stream" and I managed to get myself in a nice short term buying opportunity on 50s and boy was it magical.

You ever see a setup go straight to the Take profit like that before? 😱😱😱

50s Buy

Ight, here's the truth about VIX. Anything is possible once you have your rules and your system in place. I don't know any other way to get the word out but if you're serious about trading and you've been trading forex and just not winning, it's time to leave that s**t alone.

It's not giving up, its just taking your skills somewhere else where it's more applicable, now with all that being said.

I thought for sure this week was going to be a losing week for me after taking a loss earlier this week on 25s and missing a few setups during the week but for the 3rd Friday in a row I think 50s has saved my trading week in a matter of HOURS!

I've been anticipating this move from about Tuesday or so, patiently waiting for everything to line up and it did so perfectly! Hitting that anticipated target area of 341500 to the T. Can't want more precision than that.

As you can see I couldn't even get proper before pics for the setup as it played out so fast and as you know there is no rewind function for TradingView for Vix.

I've throughly enjoyed trading since making the switch to VIX and I won't stop spreading the word till every Jamaican knows about it and tries it for themselves.

 

50s Sell Off (Trade of the Week)

Its been a pretty rough week for me personally. Mainly due to a pretty sluggish market and my setups not playing out as fast as I wanted to. Took a minor loss in the pursuit of the Trade of the Week but its not always going to be a straight winning week as you know.

Here 50s as you know has become one of my favorite indices to trade and here we had a classic setup. Planned for this at the start of the week and at one point it seemed like it wasn't going to happen until my limit was triggered overnight and the trade was on! Once activated it just went straight down, never to return, one of the best things about 50s.

I've come to realize over the years in my Trading that NOT EVERYDAY is a trading day. Sometimes you can go an entire week without seeing your setup and it comes on the last day of the week. Your discipline will decide whether you take s**tty trades while waiting for you ideal trade.

Would u have the ability to sit on your hands for a whole week and not take a trade??

 

V75 part 2

Well after the first setup on v75( see previous post) I re analyzed the chart and v75 was bearish on the higher time frame so I was once again looking for a sell setup.

I identified my entry and initially aimed at a structure point looking left but then there was a voice in the back of my mind saying "Let your winners run" so I let it run further to 600 pips instead of 440 pips and that's another successful setup ending my week in green.

3/3 and I'm done for the week. The other setup was 50s but I don't have any charts to share unfortunately.

50s

50s was another nice setup from earlier this week and the best part about this setup was I didn't plan it 😁😁😁

50s started out earlier this week on Sunday I think when Kelisha brought the setup to the group. I saw that it was exactly to the trading plan and I decided to take a piece for myself.

Slowly but surely, it played out perfectly. Another great setup this week in the group that we all benefitted from.

Its truly Quality > Quantity when you think about it.

Proud of everyone who has been putting in the work and are finally seeing the results and getting the satisfaction of their Analysis and Trades playing out in their favour.

VIX 25s

Nice sell off last week. This trade made me really proud because I did absolutely nothing other than set the sell limit and went about my life.

A student of mine did the analysis of this Index and sent the setup to the group and I saw that the plan was executed exactly how I would and I simply just set the limit and this is the result. It makes me so proud because this setup looks exactly my other setups which means whatever I taught her she's retaining and applying in her trading.
