This past year has been full of choices...lots of choices. I'm grateful for all the people who knowingly and unknowingly sowed their wisdom and presence into pushing me to build a life that is working for me and my growth.

I appreciate every call, text and phone call wishing me Happy Birthday. Every prayer, late night conversation and intervention focused on my well-being. May I live worthy of the love I've been gifted. 💜💜💜

Most of my people know how much Jamaica means to me. Communities in St Elizabeth, Jamaica have been devaststed by Hurrican Beryl. Roofs gone. Fruit trees flattened. Homes destroyed. Please take a moment to 'pray with your feet' as Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel said. Donate towards the wellness workers being able to support and sustain their communities in St. Elizabeth.
