International Career Partners was registered in January 2009 for the purpose of providing training, assessment, and consultancy services.

The center received international certification approval from City and Guilds in 2009 with specific Qualification Approval for Skills Proficiency and was registered by the Ministry of Education (Jamaica) Independent Schools in 2010. International Career Partners Limited (ICP), has three separate yet interrelated components namely, training, certification, and placement.
