As announced by Dr. the Hon. Christopher Tufton, Minister of Health & Wellness, the Ministry will launch the J$500 million C.A.R.E. Fund to support community projects that advance non-communicable disease (NCD) prevention over the next two years.

Community-Based Organisations, Faith-Based Organisations, and other Civil Society Groups are invited to attend the first in a series of sensitization sessions aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles, strengthening support for vulnerable groups, and encouraging community-led action to reduce the burden of NCDs.
