I've heard it said that some people don't like you. They like the light shining on you.

One of the things that has become important to me is spending my most precious resources, time and energy, on people who aren't here for the light.

Who would notice if you disappeared?
And are those the people who get your most precious resources?

And that space may be one you have to create.

My hot take: You can tell a lot about someone by observing the instinctive actions they consistently take.

You're not memorable becuase you don't know what to write.

You just don't have the right tools.

Authenticity is one of most important tools you can use to be memorable.

Focus on providing only relevant information.

If the information in your personal statement is not relevant, you'll be remembered for the wrong reasons.
