The JMHS seeks to promote health, at midlife and beyond, among adults through public education activities, events and more. What is Midlife?

The Jamaica Midlife Health Society (JMHS) is a registered charitable organization, operating under the auspices of the Medical Association of Jamaica (MAJ). Our mission is to educate men and women at midlife and beyond, primarily, in ways to improve their health. We target this group because it is at midlife that most serious chronic health challenges appear. Midlife is defined as the central period of a person's life, between around 45 and 60 years old.
