The Commuting Students Office was established to ensure that the commuting students on the UWI Mona Campuses are kept informed, engaged and connected in structured qualitative co- curricular programmes, which will seek to develop their competencies. In keeping with the core values that guide the Universities mandate, policy and decision making, that of: integrity, intellectual freedom, excellence, civic responsibility, accessibility, diversity and equity. The CSO endeavour to conduct its operations within this system. As such, staff and students will be made aware of the Universities Core values and the Core Values of the CSO which supports that of the UWI. The CSO seek to uphold the following core values:
