Good Morning All,

This serves as a reminder of our trip to Port Royal this afternoon at 3pm. The trip will include tours of Fort Charles and the infamous Giddy House. Transportation costs will be covered by the department, however, the cost for entry will be $300.00 per person. The bus leaves the UTech Medical Centre's Parking Lot promptly at 3:15 pm. Persons attending are being asked to assemble at 3:00 pm to prepare for departure. We look forward to seeing you all this afternoon.

The FYE Coordinators are inviting all FYE Students to attend a trip to Port Royal on February 19, 2015. The bus leaves the UTech Medical Centre's Parking Lot promptly on the day at 3:15 pm. Persons attending are being asked to assemble at 3:00 pm to prepare for departure.

With exams just around the corner, we understand the intense pressure that some of us may now be feeling. For this reason, we present to your our semi-final activity for the semester, our Exam Destressor Scavenger Hunt.

We will group at LT 10 A at 3PM where our tasks for the hunt will be issued.

Be prepared for an afternoon of fun, laughter, prizes, and surprises.

Picnic in the Botanical Gardens for the First Year Experience Group

Good Day All,

The FYE Coordinators wish to extend thanks to the students who attended our "Picnic in the Botanical Gardens" on Thursday October 30, 2014. We hope that you had a fun filled afternoon and we look forward to seeing more of you in future presentations. Please be reminded to remain in contact with your facilitators as your first point of contact when in need of assistance. As we draw closer to the examination period, please ensure that all the modules you have selected are being reflected on the draft examination timetable provided. We implore you to inform us if you need assistance with any matter that arises and we promise to do our best where possible to render some assistance.

We hope that those who are still not fully recovered from the viral illnesses that come about throughout this season will improve in health soon, and we hope that the students who are completing Community Service Hours will meet their quota soon enough that they may join us in the remainder of our activities for the semester.

Picnic in the Botanical Gardens for the First Year Experience Group

Good Day All,

The Coordinators of the First Year Experience Programme wish to invite you to our "Picnic in the Botanical Gardens" to be held on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 3:00 PM. The Buses will leave from the Medical Centre's Parking Lot at approximately 3:15 PM. The afternoon promises to be filled with fun, food, and friendly frolic aimed at uniting and relaxing the minds of all our First Year Students. All are being invited to attend.
