The iLead Project will engage 15 schools in rural Jamaica, over a three-year period, to maximise the instructional leadership development of principals, middle leaders and education officers. It will assist, support and challenge school leaders to develop a pragmatic course of action based on proven strategies for bringing immediate and incisive change to their schools and communities.
