Last Wednesday, our staff took part in a Mental Health & Wellness session led by our guidance counsellor, Dr Mcgregor, and our beloved Nurse Graham. 💙
The discussion focused on managing stress, seeking support, and staying mindful of our emotional well-being.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month can mean different things to different people. For some, it’s a trigger — 31 days in the fall of pink-ribbon reminders of a disease that forever changed them.
For others, it’s a chance to show their support for the more than 2 million women around the world who are diagnosed with the disease each year.
To us, it's an opportunity to bring awareness to this, because studies show that teachers have a higher diagnosis chance than other professions.
Labour Market Forum was an engaging and thought discourse on the rise of AI, the role it plays in diversifying work and culture.
We saw the work of students, and international champions. We listened to the panel of speakers, and we heard some insightful questions asked by the audience. The moist poignant being, "How do we combat the brain drain," That could take the students we witnessed away
