Thank You, Lord, for this new day and for new mercies. 🙌🏾

…most of us race through the day watching the clock, never stopping to ask who set the rhythm of time itself in motion.

Long before we ever planned a single hour, God had already established times and seasons and given purpose to our days.

He does not stand apart from our days. He is present in every season, walking with us and inviting us to recognise Him in the midst of it all.

We can build, serve, sacrifice, give, lead, and achieve. But if the master key has gone missing, how would we know—and what might it be costing us?

Take a moment before the day takes hold of you — there is so much to be grateful for, and gratitude has a way of clearing our minds before anything else gets a chance to crowd it.

A clear mind is exactly what today’s read calls for.

Not everything that gains our agreement has our best interest at heart. Some of life’s most costly losses do not arrive through force, but through small, quiet, completely reasonable-feeling decisions made while we were distracted, weary, or not fully paying attention.

But, the One who sees what we cannot — and who knows the end from the beginning — has already provided the way for us to go through. 🙌🏾

Have you ever received a signal, a gut feeling, a highlight in a conversation, a sign from nature, a dream in the night — and before you truly sat with it, you had already decided what it meant?

We all do it. The conclusion feels natural because it is familiar. But familiar is not always the full truth, or the truth at all.

First impressions can lie — and what God is saying may be far deeper or different , from what we first heard, thought or perceived.

Many of us carry pain, questions and disappointments we never fully processed. Even moments where we quietly wondered where God was in it all and why He allowed it to happen in the first place.

What often keeps us bound is not only the pain itself, but the belief we formed about God because of it.

The question “Why God, why?” has kept many people distant from the very One who has been trying to lead them back into truth, healing and the life they were created for.

There is an answer and the question itself can become a doorway.
