The Alice Rhodd Academy of English Welcome to The Alice Rhodd Academy of English. We are a private English tutoring school, offering the highest quality and excellent tutelage to our students.

The Alice Rhodd Academy of English: A private English language tutoring establishment for online and face-to-face settings (with emphasis on teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language). Our team presently has over 50 years' professional experience, which includes a cadre of teachers having in excess of 30 years' experience in teaching and education. With our motto "dedit Deus sapientiam et sci

entiam et virtutem" (Latin), which means 'God gives wisdom, knowledge and strength', we aim to edify, inspire and encourage all our students from ages 16 to adult. The name of the establishment is in memory and honour of the late Veteran Educator and Broadcaster, Alice Jane Monica Rhodd, who was affectionately called, "Miss Lady". Our tutoring services:

- EFL/ESL (English as a Foreign/Second Language)
- IELTS Preparation (International English Language Testing System)
- Business English/Advanced Business English

We are passionate about delivering satisfactory services to a diverse range of individuals. Therefore, each lesson is tailored to meet the individual student's need(s). Hence, we are committed to treating each need with a great level of respect. The mode of delivery for each lesson is via online (Skype or other agreed platform) and offline platforms (to be arranged and agreed upon between tutor and student) in guiding each student to develop fluency in the English Language. Additionally, our future endeavours include the development of other courses, which will be announce upon availability. N.B. The courses may not have structured lesson plans, as our training sessions are presently supplemental. And while the ***class/course information is believed to be correct at the time of its publication, it is subject to changes or updates at any time.
