In true Calabar spirit grounded in faith, driven by strength and destined for victory. At the heart of who we are lies a deep and unwavering reverence for God. It is one of our core values, guiding every stride we take, every race we run and every challenge we overcome. In all things, we put God first, for it is through His grace that we are strengthened, sustained and inspired to pursue excellence.
As we gather in worship to bless our athletes ahead of Champs 2026, we unite as one brotherhood under God. With hearts aligned and purpose renewed, we fuel the spirit and unleash the lion within.

Today, on International Women's Day we pause to reflect on this year's theme: "Give to Gain."
It reminds us that meaningful progress is rarely achieved alone. It grows when we share knowledge, extend opportunities, mentor one another, and work together in the spirit of collaboration. When women support and uplift each other, we create pathways for even greater leadership, growth, and success.
Today we celebrate the many women whose contributions continue to strengthen our communities and inspire the next generation to rise with confidence, purpose, and possibility.
