INTRODUCTION
Health care is a major expense for large numbers of Jamaicans. Dental health is particularly important as it may impact one’s health, personal relationships, self-esteem and other aspects of social life. It may also be expensive, especially for many persons in the lower socio-economic groups.
THE EVENT - Dental Health Fair
Gordon Town Health Centre, Gordon Town Square, St. Andrew
The event is free to the public.
Saturday, April 26, 2014, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Services to be provided include:
i. Dental screen ii. Cleaning
iii. Filling iv. Extraction
v. Oral health education
The dental health fair is another of CAEETP’s community development arm’s series of sustainable development initiatives geared at providing services to populations in various communities that may lack adequate access to the particular services
