Jabneh Christian Academy is a “concept” which offers parents and students an Alternative approach to education. J.C.A. is not a church school; it is a Christian institution where the principles of the Holy Bible are employed and maintained as the standard. believes that every child has the nature of God embedded within

and with special care, diligence, strategic planning, much prayer and an individualised approach to learning, each child can realise his/her mission and potential in a holistic manner. Natasha Francis-Campbell conceptualised and started Jabneh Christian Academy September 4, 2006. The institution started as a home school with seven students and continues to grow as more individuals like you want something and somewhere that can cause the seed of purpose to flourish. is committed to providing quality education to all students regardless of ethnicity, age, socio-economic status, culture and learning style or pace in an environment that promotes family and uncompromising Christian ethics and values. To support this commitment, J.C.A. aspires to:
Jabneh Christian Academy offers alternative schooling and not an alternative school. Alternative schools are specifically intended for students with special educational needs, as well as addressing social problems that affect students, such as teenage parenthood and students who are typically referred to as at-risk students, and may have one or more reasons such as challenging behaviour, a need for special remedial programs, emotional disabilities, or problems that destabilize the student's personal life, such as homelessness or gross instability in the home. J.C.A., as an alternative schooling is not limited to accommodate students who are considered at risk of failing academically, but also students of all academic levels and abilities who are better served by a non-traditional program. Our distinguishing characteristics:
• Average or smaller classroom size
• Close student-teacher relationship
• Student decision-making and skills gained daily
• Promotes a value-based education
• Promotes family
• Utilises a diverse curriculum
• Peer guidance and parental involvement
• Students are trained for life and not for examinations.
• GSAT past papers are not used to drill our icons in the process to prepare them for examinations. We are committed to exposing icons to the entire curriculum content with integrity being our standard.
• Prepares for a successful future and students can obtain skills inside and outside the classroom
• Group students according to needs rather than age

• We offer a more flexible programme of study than a traditional School
• A wide range of philosophies and teaching methods are offered by alternative schools
• Diverse curriculum
• Peer guidance and parental involvement
• Prepares for a successful future and students can obtain skills inside and outside the classroom
• Personalise classroom instruction
• Develop a high of self-confidence
• Promote healthy emotional, spiritual, mental, social and physical growth.
• Teach the students and not the curriculum
• Safeguard students against the “frustrated learner” syndrome
• Place emphasis on career development as soon as students are enrolled
• Expose students to a print rich environment
• Develop an insatiable appetite in students for reading and acquiring knowledge
• Promote and maintain the notion that reading transcends the ability to call word. It involves interpretation and understanding.
• Partner with the home to encourage respect for self and others, responsibility for one’s choice of behaviour and the maintenance of purity.
• Maintain class sizes that will allow students to benefit from individualised instruction.
• Employ facilitators of the highest calibre.
• Fast and pray for you and your icon.

JABNEH CHRISTIAN ACADEMY CELEBRATES 20 YEARS

20 Years of Nurturing.
20 Years of Enlightening.
20 Years of Building.

Lord, we give You all the glory and honour for walking alongside us for 20 years.

Jabneh is a reality because of our Founders, Rev. Dr. Natasha Francis-Campbell and Rev. Dr. Kirk Campbell, their prayer, obedience to a prophecy, faith, determination, and willingness to follow God’s leading.

For 20 years, Jabneh Christian Academy has been committed to nurturing, enlightening, and building young minds through a Christ-centred, values-based approach that intentionally seeks to develop the whole person.

At the heart of The Jabneh Way is our belief that every child is a gift from God and that God has uniquely formed each child for a purpose. We recognize that every child comes with unique gifts, abilities, strengths, and potential. Our responsibility is not simply to educate, but to discover, nurture, enlighten, and build what God has placed within each child.

For 20 years, The Jabneh Way has been shaped by five foundational pillars:

Determination, Discipline, Development, Consistency, and Responsibility.

These pillars are not simply words. They are a way of life. They shape how we teach, how we lead, how we partner with families, and how we prepare the next generation.

Our community has remained resilient in its pursuit to never compromise, to be different, and to be intentional about everything we do. We do not make decisions simply because they are popular or convenient. We prayerfully consider every decision and depend on Biblical principles to guide us.

We believe education goes far beyond academics. It is about shaping character, building confidence, developing values, strengthening relationships, and helping each child grow into the person God has called them to be.

The Jabneh Way recognizes that a child's development requires a strong partnership between home and school.Parental partnership is therefore not an addition to the Jabneh experience, it is an essential part of it. When home and school work together, we create a consistent foundation that supports the child academically, socially, emotionally, spiritually, and personally.

For 20 years, we have walked alongside families with purpose and intentionality, creating an environment where children can grow, discover their gifts, develop their character, and understand that their lives have meaning and purpose.

THE JABNEH WAY IS MORE THAN EDUCATION.

It is a way of living, guiding, nurturing, partnering, and building the whole person.

We are different by design.
We are intentional by purpose.
We are guided by faith.
We are committed to the whole child.

And above all, we are committed to standing firmly to our Institutions motto:

“We would rather die for the cause of Christ than to live for the devil.”

This is more than a statement. It reflects the conviction at the heart of The Jabneh Way, the determination to stand for truth, remain intentional in our choices, and refuse to compromise the Biblical principles that have guided our community for 20 years.

For two decades, Jabneh has chosen to stand for truth, purpose, character, faith, excellence, and the development of the whole person.

We have chosen to be different.
We have chosen to be intentional.
We have chosen to remain anchored in faith.
We have chosen The Jabneh Way.
20 Years of Nurturing.
20 Years of Enlightening.
20 Years of Building.

20 YEARS OF THE JABNEH WAY.
And we are only beginning, with God on our side we cannot fail.

There are many highlights that define The Jabneh Way, but one of the most significant is our commitment to understanding each icon as an individual learner.

We begin by carefully assessing each icon to determine his or her current developmental level, learning style, strengths, and areas of need. Rather than simply placing children into a one-size-fits-all programme, we intentionally place them on the pathway that will yield the greatest developmental benefit.

This personalised approach informs everything we do, from instructional strategies to resource selection. We carefully choose materials that align with each icon's learning journey. When suitable resources are unavailable, we do not allow that limitation to hinder progress. Instead, we develop our own materials, specifically designed to meet the needs of our learners.

This commitment has resulted in a growing collection of Jabneh-developed resources, including literacy texts, spelling books, workbooks, and intervention materials that support meaningful learning and measurable growth.

The result is evident in our classrooms. Our icons do not merely move through textbooks; they master them. Year after year, many of our learners successfully complete their textbooks before progressing to the next level, building confidence, competence, and a strong academic foundation along the way.

At Jabneh Christian Academy, success is not accidental. It is the product of intentional assessment, strategic placement, carefully selected resources, and a steadfast belief that every icon can learn when given the right tools and opportunities.

That is The Jabneh Way.
We nurture. We enlighten. We build
