Culinary Arts Years 1 and 2 work.

What have we been up to since COVID-19? We have been conducting all our practical labs and ensuring that all the safety procedures are followed. The lab classes are smaller, maximum 6 students. All labs are independent work-students work by themselves. The wearing of masks are mandatory, social distancing protocols are observed. It has been challenging, but rewarding. We at BTCC are dedicated to maintain the same quality of work and to demonstrate our resilience during this period. Please check out our first year HTM and Culinary Arts student's work.
