Empowering the next generation of energy professionals! ⚡

The JPS Foundation Power Up Community Action Mentorship Programme officially closes out at Brown’s Town Community College, celebrating students who participated in personal development, financial planning, goal-setting, interview techniques, and exposure to Jamaica’s energy sector.

Through this initiative, Electrical Installation Level II students benefited from modern electrical toolkits, PPE, bursary support, mentorship, and a tour of the SJPC Power Plant — helping to strengthen job readiness and open doors for underserved rural youth across St. Ann, Trelawny, and St. Mary.

Congratulations to all participating students and awardees. Your future is bright, and this is only the beginning! 💡👏

Brown’s Town Community College invites students to register for the Summer Semester 2026, with a wide range of courses available in business, logistics, social work, communication, accounting, psychology, and more.

To make your request, log on to ISIMS, go to “My Request”, select “Summer Redo” or “Summer Resit (Exam Only)”, and enter the course you are requesting in the comments section.
