BWHS is repping well in the Jamaica SecondarySchool Band Competition.

A big thank you to all who made our Quarter-final and semi - final possible.. Our six finalists are:
Bog Walk High (49)
Jamaica College (46.5)
Camperdown (45.5)
St.Catherine High (44)
Belair High (41)
Cross Keys High (40)

Scores are a combination of both Judges scores..(Maximum points 50)

We started the day with 9 schools of the 11 (Cornwall College, Holy Trinity High did not show up) ..

Final is Sunday April 23rd, starting 2pm at the Edna Manley College..

The Bog Walk High School family, past and present wishes to send condolences to the Charlemont High School and the family of Mr. T. Howell. We share with you in this your time of grief and we pray that the Holy spirit will grant you comfort as you travel this road. As the songwriter rightfully said "whatever maybe the tide, you can rest assured that God will take care of you".

The BWHSPSA wishes to congratulate Jevaughn Minzie for making the 2016 Rio Olympics team and running a blistering first leg to assist to advance to final..

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Jevaughn Minzie on his splendid run at the JAAA National Senior Trials. He came third in a time of 10.02 which is a personal best and books his ticket to Rio2016. Continue to make us proud.

Bog Walk High School Past Student Association congratulates Sashauna Edwards, Sandra Hutton, Karla Braithwaite and other for successfully completing university and joining the teaching profession. We are proud of you and we encourage you to Arise, Create and Build. We also would like to say Happy Teachers' Day to the Management and Staff of the Bog Walk High School.

Visited Bog Walk High School Yesterday after 3years. So proud of the development that is taking place there. There is a portrait of "Jevaughn Minzie on the track" located on the grade eleven block.. The playfield is now fully sand and has been enlarged. The grounds continue to be clean... Saw persons like Prinny, Mitchie, Anty, Ms. Bell and Granny. Also most of our hardworking staff are still there with addition as well.
There is also a variety centre on the compound which sells, Books, Thumb drive, Thumb drive strings, badges and alot of things that bears the name, crest and motto of our school. If you are like me and you dont have anything that says BOG WALK HIGH SCHOOL, go and get, even a thumb drive sting. Its at a reasonable cost and for a worthy cause.
We continue to salute the Management and Staff of the Bog Walk High School.
