Time and again we see with our clients

that the most difficult part of making any change in your life,

is making the decision to do it.

In the face of an unwavering decision,

What is aerobic exercise and why do we need to do it?

Why is what & how we eat so very important?

Aerobic exercise involves physical activity which results in increased heart rate and breathing, so that you can fuel your body with oxygen rich blood, to supply the working muscles

Studies also suggest that aerobic exercise improves your overall brain health 🧠

And, Brain health is scientifically linked to gut health 🥴

Aerobic exercise doesn't mean you have to bounce around like a lunatic, just by starting out slow and gradually increasing your activity, the intensity, frequency and duration, you can allow your body to adapt
