Trinity School

Today our school came together to say Thank you to our Constable for all his support to the school over the years. We sang 🎶, we shared our memories, we wrote poems and we cheered! The children all drew a picture of the Constable and we put them all up in the ‘Le Sueur Gallery.’

Can you help? Over half term please can you collect loose parts for our playtimes. We are placing a black box on the wall outside the school - this is for donations for Opal. If anyone in our community would like to donate please pop it in the box. Children can bring their collections in after half term. Many thanks Mrs McM (please share as the more people of the lookout for things the better playtimes will be!) 😊

Year 4 have been enjoying activities such as games an water colour painting in the grounds of the hostel today.

Good Morning from Jersey Zoo 🌞
Year 4 are all tucking into breakfast in the dining room after card games in pyjamas and chatting about their sleepover. Spot the little rabbit in the photo that comes out to say hello in the hostel gardens 🐇

What a wonderful day! VR headset experience, the orang-utan station, settled into the cosy bedrooms and now dinner is served. Year 4 have all been amazing today.

Year 4’s residential is in full swing at the zoo. They have had a lesson about food chains, searched for ‘caterpillars’ in the garden learning about camouflage, fed the warty pigs and are now exploring the new gorilla enclosure 🦍

We are looking forward to the year 4 residential at the zoo today, please remember your rain coats ☔️ See you there from 8.45am!

Well done everyone on such a successful walk! Special thanks to Mr French for organising a fabulous event. Thanks to the Eric Young foundation and Trinity Parish Hall for letting us rest for a while and use their toilets! Let’s hope we’ve raised a good amount for our Opal play equipment.
