Who wants to even think about their health and fitness right before Christmas?
It just seems a bit pointless to start getting healthy when the whole thing is going to fall apart once the Christmas parties start and the kitchen is full of mince pies and booze.
I get it.
You’ll wait until the New Year.

Because of the nature of my work, and the people I work with, I often don’t share testimonials & success stories,
But
Sometimes my clients are so blown away by their results, they feel they have to tell people.
So...Meet Helena
Helena approached me because she had a realisation that she was approaching 60, with plans for early retirement, part of those plans being a road trip across Europe,
however, some recent medical issues had restricted her mobility and the “mid-life” pounds had snuck on when she wasn’t looking…
