Hi guys-
Sadly going to have to cancel TRX this Saturday at 10.00am as the weather is not looking good- go away rain!! As it takes a while to put the anchors up I am postponing this week. Will keep you all updated with the next session (likely to be one night after work next week!)

Incredible effort from my TRX taster team last Saturday, you all absolutely smashed the session! Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of you all so I have improvised below... ;)

Please message me to register your interest. I work on a first come first served basis as I only take up to 8 clients per class - this is an exclusive class and I want to ensure good client to instructor ratio.

Hi my TRX enthusiasts!

Looking forward to seeing you THIS SATURDAY (in the sunshine!!) at 10.30am at ST CLEMENTS SPORT AND GOLF CENTRE on the tennis courts.

As this is a trial location, this is an exclusive class with limited numbers for good client to instructor ratio. If you haven’t managed to make the first come first serve taster session, please contact me to register your interest for future classes. I will be putting on more sessions soon depending on demand.

PLEASE MEET AT RECEPTION 5 mins prior to the class to fill out a short health & safety form.
