Today brings such an overwhelming sense of achievement. 🥹❤️

Looking back at where the children started and seeing just how far they have come fills me with so much pride, and tears of happiness.

Knowing that my team and I have helped nurture, guide and support them through is very special.

Moments like this make all the hard days worthwhile and remind me exactly why I chose childcare all those years ago.

Watching the children leave ready for school, full of confidence and their own unique personality, is one of the most rewarding moments and having such wonderful words spoken to me and written in some cards, today has filled my heart with joy and my eyes with water 🤣🙈

Wishing all the children an families a wonderful week to make memories before they embark on their new adventure.

Parents please be aware for Friday pick ups to allow extra time due to road closures.

🚧 Battle of Flowers Road Closures – August 2026 🚧

The St Helier Honorary Police would like to advise motorists of the following road closures in place for the Battle of Flowers events:

📅 Friday 14th August 2026
Victoria Avenue and its approach roads will be closed between Bel Royal and West Park from 11:30am until 7:30pm.

📅 Saturday 15th August 2026
Victoria Avenue and its approach roads will be closed between Bel Royal and West Park from 5:00pm until 11:59pm.

⚠️ Extended Closure Notice
Victoria Avenue between First Tower and West Park will remain closed until 2:00am on Sunday 16th August 2026.

Please allow additional time for your journeys, use alternative routes where possible and follow signage and directions from Officers and Marshals.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation whilst the events take place safely. 🌸

What a lovely surprise to get a lot of treats from a parent whose child has transitioned into preschool

The Rainbow Room children have been digging up some potatoes that they planted earlier in the year.
The children cared for the plants really well and have been rewarded with lots of delicious looking potatoes.
They are looking forward to enjoying them as part of one of their snacks 😋
