It was very important for me to quit to give my little girl a healthy start in life. Dear Ladies,

Thank you for participating in the Diet and Lifestyle Research Project at the Maternity Unit at Jersey General Hospital.

I am just writing to tell you that your participation in this study is completed.

Within the next two weeks, you will receive my letter with your Certificate of Completion, as well as your individualized nutritional feedback based on the Food Frequency Questionnaire FFQ (diet before pregnancy).

Your diet review was compared with the Eat Well Guidance https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/eat-well/the-eatwell-guide/, which shows how much of what we eat overall should come from each food group to achieve a healthy, balanced diet.

Unfortunately, for some ladies, the diet review could not be produced due to incomplete information.

More insight into the research will be available once the relevant data has been analysed and released on https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Urszula_Sliwka

For any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Thank you once again for your commitment to the project.

I wish you all the best in the New Year!

Kind Regards,

Urszula Sliwka

The winners will be contacted directly with the results. All names of the study participants are confidential.

I know that becoming a mum is very time consuming and that there is a lot on your mind at the moment, but I write to kindly remind you that I have not yet received the second Food Frequency Questionnaire sent to you in relation to the study I am conducting on nutrition in pregnancy.

I would be most grateful if you could spare a few minutes and kindly return the filled questionnaire about your diet during pregnancy to the Antenatal Clinic by the 31st August 2018, if you haven't already done so.
