🌿 Prenatal Yoga Classes — Time for You & Your Baby 🌿

Give yourself a dedicated hour each week to pause, breathe, and gently support your body through pregnancy. Our next 6-week prenatal yoga course starts Tuesday 12 May at 6 PM in a calm, welcoming space in St Helier.

These classes are designed to help you feel more at ease in your body, build strength for birth, and prepare both physically and mentally for motherhood.

Each session includes:
▹ Relaxing breathwork to support pregnancy and labour
▹ Gentle, safe strengthening exercises for birth and recovery
▹ Movements to ease common discomforts like back and pelvic pain
▹ A chance to connect with other mums-to-be

Take some time each week to slow down, breathe, and connect with your changing body during pregnancy. Our next 6-week Prenatal Yoga block begins Tuesday 31 March at 6 PM, creating a calm and supportive space for mums-to-be.

These gentle, nurturing classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more comfortable in your body, and more prepared—physically and emotionally—for birth and early motherhood.

In each class, you’ll:
