Courtney Matthews is stepping into a Muay Thai ring for Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Her dad who was a 9th degree Kenpo black belt died from the disease last year. He backed every challenge she took on. This fight is for him, and for other families going through the same thing.

Well done to all our juniors and cadets who graded tonight. It’s what makes the club all worth it. Thanks for all the hard work you guys put in! You all did so well showing us what you can do.
