Hello everyone! After a few years away from coaching due to the situation at the Fort and focusing on my plastering business, I am pleased to announce I will be back coaching very soon. If you are interested please don't hesitate to contact me.

Congratulations to Amelie and Will Turpin for their performances at the South of England Championships last weekend.

Amelie was runner up in the U15 girls and Will got to the semi finals and finished in third position, a fantastic effort from both of them.

Customer's racket restrung ready for action this evening

I'm looking forward to taking the first pre-season group session for Jersey's elite Juniors at the Jersey Squash & Racketball Club this morning.

They are the future stars of our game who are looking to go on and represent the Island at senior level at the Commonweath Games and Europeans.

Last week was a great week for Sè Price, Beth Garton, Amelie Turpin and Susan Turpin.

In the European U15 Open in Cologne Germany Sè Price (13) had a great tournament and gained so much experience against some of the world top Juniors. He ended coming 26 out of 64, a great achievement.

At the Island Games in Gibraltar Beth, Susan and Amelie all played their part.

Beth (18) finished 4th in the singles just missing out on a bronze medal after being seeded 10th.

Amelie (14) also gained great experience after have a tough draw managed to get placed 17th. A great effort.

Susan played a great match in the team event to help Jersey to the Final. She managed to win the decider 3-2 after saving 3 match balls against her against to set the Final against Caymen Islands where Jersey would earn the Silver medal. Great effort by Sue and the Jersey team as a whole.

Good luck to the Jersey Squash Team in Gibraltar especially to Susan Turpin, Amelie Turpin (Jerseys Youngest competitor at the Games) and Beth Garton who have been an absolute pleasure to coach.

Sé Price 🇯🇪 had a tough day yesterday he lost to Rutva Samant 🇮🇳 3-0 in the morning. In the afternoon he had a marathon 4 set match against Sam Boulanger 🇨🇦 going down 16-14 in the fourth.

It's not over for Sé yet as he playing Ziad Kandil 🇪🇬 for a top 32 finish so best of luck.
