Massive well done to these lovely ladies in the inaugural Intertidal race this weekend!
All smiles the whole way (mostly!) and a fantastic afternoon running along Jersey’s beautiful coast while cooling off in deep pool of water along the way (part of the route!) 😎

This looked an amazing event with great support at the finish with a lot staying to cheer the last few home - definitely one for the calender next year hopefully 🇯🇪

Good luck to these awesome ladies taking on the amazing looking new race The Intertidal!

Jackie, Pauline and Verity will face a 24.7k race from Gorey to St Aubins at low tide. They must visit the six landmarks along the way - Seymour Tower, Icho Tower, Green Island, Havre des Pas, Elizabeth Castle and St Aubin’s Fort collecting a token from each.

A quote from the description of the race “we don’t create a cut-off, the sea does” - I love that! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

I love the look of this race, gutted to not be taking part but I can’t wait to hear all about it! See you at the finish lovelies! 😎

10 years of an amazing event with some wonderful people and what a morning it was with 93 people taking part! 😎 If you didn’t come down to support or watch well you missed an absolute cracker of a morning and you missed out!

A huge well done to every single one of them including my lovely athletes Jackie and Judith who were amazing!

I feel both lucky and proud to have been involved right from the start 🥰 From the very first meeting about what we could do to celebrating 10 years of encouraging new people, supporting their training, cheering them on it’s been absolutely bloody fantastic!
