Another great pool course! Well done to Cambridge, Robbie and Davo who all successfully completed the course with some amazing static times with Robbie smashing a 3 minute plus hold. The next course is 27th June at 0800 in St Brelade Bay, please get in touch if you’re interested as there are limited spaces! 🌊🐟😎

We have one more space available on our pool freedive course on 16th May 0800 to 1200. This is a great chance to get involved in freediving and learn all the safety skills and breathing techniques to assist in making your dives more comfortable. If you’re interested please get in touch ! 🌊🐟😎

First freedive course of the 2026. Great to have Sally Minty Gravett and Jean Rhodes join us to complete the first section of the level one course. Sally taught me to swim when I was a kid, now I’m teaching her how to sink! Well done to both of you and hope to see you again in the summer 🌊😎🐋!

And Alex, Adele and Lucy for completing the sea course. Some bad weather on the planned diving days has meant some cancellations but we finally got out! 🤘

Pool Course

📅 6th & 7th August (6-8pm)

Learn the foundations of freediving in a safe, controlled pool environment. We’ll cover physiology, basic breathing techniques, safety protocols, and introduce you to static apnea. No experience needed – just a willingness to learn!

Sea Course (Pool Course completion required)

📅 Early morning 9th & 10th August
💷 £200
Take your skills to the ocean! This course focuses on small depths, technique, and real-world dive conditions. A great step toward confident, safe freediving in open water.
