What an amazing course, we have a new static record at Freedive Jersey! Michael smashed out a 4.59 breath hold which is an incredible achievement. Well done the Scott and Guillaume for both comfortably getting over the 2 minute mark. We have our next session on 29th August but only have one space available. Another great pool course! Well done to Cambridge, Robbie and Davo who all successfully completed the course with some amazing static times with Robbie smashing a 3 minute plus hold. First freedive course of the 2026. Great to have Sally Minty Gravett and Jean Rhodes join us to complete the first section of the level one course. Sally taught me to swim when I was a kid, now I’m teaching her how to sink! Well done to both of you and hope to see you again in the summer 🌊😎🐋!

🌊 What a weekend in the sea! The weather couldn’t have been better, and the dives were even better than that.

👏 Huge shoutout to Tom, Jonathan, and Roisin for absolutely smashing it — with some dives pushing past 10m and lasting in excess of 1:30 on the bottom.
