This is what the Transmission School did to Chiara.

After 5 years in the corporate world, at 34, she decided to leave.

Not because she wanted to escape into the usual idea of community life. And not because she was looking for another identity to adopt.

She purposely went looking for a place where she could slow down enough to question the beliefs, expectations and conditioning that had been shaping the way she lived.

The Transmission School became part of that process and provided so much knowledge in creating enough space to consciously choose what comes next.

🪷Follow along if you’re not looking for the usual community life, another detox retreat, or a way back to the same life.

People often ask how I keep giving so much.

But I don’t experience Abhyanga as giving.

I experience it as entering a field.

The moment someone allows themselves to receive —

The breath changes.

The body softens.

It stops being “me working on you.”

It becomes something shared.

And the more they receive, the more we receive as Abhyanga practitioners.

That’s why this work has never depleted me.

It has nourished me.

Abhyanga isn’t something you do to someone.

It’s something you enter with someone.

Not just the sequence, and yes, the certification.

But how to hold that field.

How to slow down enough to stop performing…

and start listening.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing our hands can say is:
