Our Italian Culture students are discovering the rich traditions, history, and social rituals behind Italy’s beloved coffee culture.

Today, our Food and Culture and Italian Culture students stepped out of the classroom and into a traditional Tuscia mill!

From grain🌾 to flour, they explored local food traditions 🇮🇹met the mill owner, and gained a deeper understanding of Italy’s rich cultural and agricultural heritage.

✨🏰🇮🇹 Students walked up the iconic bridge of Civita di Bagnoregio to reach the top of this enchanted village, where every corner feels like a fairytale.

Today we continued celebrating 20 amazing years of USAC Viterbo together with our SSI students… and of course with a fantastic cake! 🎂🇮🇹

Here’s to many more years of learning, growing, and celebrating together.
