🇬🇧 The study of Maenpo Sabandar, one of the founding aliran of Maenpo Peupeuhan, leads to the exploration and development of the characteristic whip-like movements of this style.

🇬🇧 Free fighting is not the starting point. It is the destination of a journey.

Often, when people look at Pencak Silat, they focus only on the final impact: speed, explosiveness and clash.

But true effectiveness doesn’t come from chaos. It comes from awareness.

In Pukulan Sera, we don’t speak of immediate fighting but of a deep study of the laws, principles and dynamics that govern movement.

Approaching applications requires respect for time and for the body.
It is a path walked one step at a time: first understanding the structure, then internalizing the principle and finally moving to the intermediate dynamic phase.

Only then, without skipping steps, do you reach free fighting not as a simple expression of aggressiveness but as the result of a conscious journey where technique, body, and mind are truly integrated.

🇮🇹 Lento. Consapevole. Potente.

🇬🇧 Slow. Mindful. Power.

The internal study of MPAR takes shape through the movements of Aliran Sabandar, one of the foundational styles of Maenpo Peupeuhan.

The slow, conscious ex*****on of movements builds the body connections needed for whipping power, transforming technique into an authentic expression of strength and energy.

🇬🇧 The study of Maenpo Peupeuhan Adung Rais (MPAR), when experienced as a collective practice, generates an energy capable of fueling a shared intent.

It is a force that, much like a flywheel, sustains and accelerates the growth of the entire perguruan.

When this is joined by the vibration of Cianjuran music, masterfully performed by Ibu Endah Rosmini, an atmosphere is created where technique, culture, and spirit merge into a single experience. It is in that moment that the path of growth knows no boundaries.
