🇮🇹🌎 The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is coming to an end.

👉 Accademia delle Professioni participated in the initiative promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, taking part at the lauch event that was hosted in Rome last week, at the presence of Minister Luigi Di Maio, the Ministers of Economic Development, Agricultural Policies and of Education, Federazione Italiana Cuochi and Slow Food.

♻️ "Tradition and perspectives of Italian cuisine: awareness and enhancement of food sustainability" is the main theme of the VI edition, which combines the promotion of Italian food products with the enhancement of the Mediterranean Diet, as a model of healthy and sustainable diet and lifestyle.

👨‍🍳 For the occasion, our chef and teacher Andrea Rosti presents a recipe that recalls the theme of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, his version of a typical dish of Ligurian culinary tradition, the "Cappon Magro".

🤝 Accademia delle Professioni is proud to announce the partnership with Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West, Los Angeles 🇺🇸

💡 Thanks to this great collaboration, an important project for the valorization of Made in Italy and Italian Craft Beer has been launched.

A True Italian Taste Masterclass was organized by Accademia delle Professioni and IACCW to explore the originality and creativity of Italian brewers and learn the key steps of beer brewing and beer tasting. 🍺

The Masterclass "𝘜𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥 𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘐𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯 𝘊𝘳𝘢𝘧𝘵 𝘉𝘦𝘦𝘳", with Lorenzo Dabove (Kuaska) and Tomm Carroll as speakers was a great success, with more than 130 participants from all over the world.

🎥 In this video Stefano Bisogno, PhD, Brewer, Biotechnologist and main teacher for all beer related courses offered by Accademia delle Professioni, introduces the ingredients and the main phases of the beer production process.
