This year’s initiation for men stepping into mature masculinity is centered on a quality our world is quietly starving for...INTEGRITY.
In the realm of masculine leadership, three core traits have always stood as pillars. When even one of them is absent - especially integrity - men falter, systems fracture, and the world around us reflects that inner collapse.
The mystics of the Shiva tradition captured integrity with striking simplicity:
“I am of pure thought.
My word is my law.
My actions align with my higher principles.
I am of integrity.”
Integrity is not moral performance.
It is inner coherence.
It is when thought, word, and action arise from the same sacred source.
The question before us as men is no longer WHAT integrity is, but HOW we are initiated into it.
Following the timeless pathways of Indian masters, this 8-days initiation journey is designed for men to further shine integrity as a lived reality...where leadership emerges not from control or hierarchy, but from alignment and presence.
Twelve men will be taken into the wilderness along the sacred river Narmada in Gujarat, India - away from roles, noise, and expectation - into a terrain where integrity is not discussed, but remembered.
When integrity is restored in men, leadership becomes service.
