Founded in 1926, UFV is one of Brazil’s leading public universities, internationally recognised for its excellence in Agriculture and Forestry and home to around 20,000 students and 1,200 professors.

💻UNITA Course: European Citizenship and Identity

As part of the UNITA Virtual Mobility call, is offering this 100% asynchronous course taught in English (B1):

📘 General Course (Bachelor Students)
• Focus: History, Economy, Law, and Sustainable Development.
• Timeline: S1 (Oct 2026 - Jan 2027) or S2 (Feb 2027 - May 2027).
• Workload: 20 Hours | 3 ECTS.

📙 Advanced Course (Master & PhD Students)
• Focus: Topical debates on EU rights, environmental data, and academic freedom.

June 3 is World Bicycle Day, a global celebration of cycling and its benefits for health, sustainability, and urban mobility. At Western University of Timișoara - WUT, we are marking this occasion with a special event dedicated to the university’s cycling community. 🏃‍♀️🌍 Sport, wellbeing, innovation, and international friendships: the first UNITA SUISM Games and University Life in Turin!

From 26 to 29 May, 21 students from across the UNITA Alliance joined over 250 participants for an inspiring experience combining sport, cultural exchange, and collaboration. Through athletics, basketball, beach volleyball, team challenges, and student-led workshops, participants explored new ideas on inclusion, healthy lifestyles, peer support, and student wellbeing.

A special highlight was the Matching Event, where international teams co-created proposals to improve university life, presenting their ideas directly to university representatives.

More than a sporting event, the UNITA SUISM Games became a space for connection, creativity, and European cooperation. 💙💛
