🌊🏆 Congratulations to our recent graduate Lisa Vucetti on an extraordinary achievement!

Together with Vittorio Bonifacio, Lisa claimed both the 470 Junior World Championship titles in Gdynia, Poland—Overall (U24) and U21 Champions—before going on to win the 470 Junior European Championship in Nida, Lithuania.
The 470 is an Olympic sailing class, making these Under-24 championships one of the most prestigious events in junior sailing.
Lisa and Vittorio are proud athletes of Società Velica di Barcola e Grignano, a long-standing partner of our school in organizing summer sailing courses.
We are incredibly proud of Lisa's dedication, talent, and determination. Congratulations, Champion! We wish you every success as you continue to chase your dreams both on and off the water. ⛵💙

A group of our Grade 7 students attended the "Shorter Kids’n’Teens" screening at Cinema Ariston after taking part as young selectors in the "Cinema in Corsivo" project, part of the Shorts International Film Festival.
By watching, discussing, and evaluating short films, our students experienced cinema from a unique perspective, developing critical thinking and a deeper appreciation for storytelling.

Another wonderful edition of our much-loved Literacy Day brought excitement, imagination, and a passion for reading to our elementary classrooms!
Throughout the day, students immersed themselves in books, explored new stories, met unforgettable characters, and discovered the joy that reading can bring. Moments like these help nurture curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Our Elementary School students kicked off their final week of school in the best possible way: with an exciting Sports Day! 🎉

Filled with energy, teamwork, friendly competition, and plenty of smiles, the day gave our students the opportunity to celebrate movement, sportsmanship, and the joy of being together. From races to team challenges, every participant gave their best and made the event truly memorable.

Innovation, creativity, and teamwork were on full display last Friday as our Grade 9 and Grade 10 STEM classes hosted an exciting STEM Fair for our Elementary students!
From clever inventions to creative solutions designed to tackle real-world problems, our students showcased not only their scientific and technological skills but also their ability to collaborate and think outside the box. The younger visitors explored the exhibits with great curiosity, asking questions and discovering how innovation can make a difference.
Congratulations to all the students for their hard work, enthusiasm, and impressive presentations. We are proud of the creativity and teamwork that made this event such a success!

Congratulations to all our French and German students who have successfully passed their external DELF and ÖSD exams! Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance have truly paid off. We are proud of each of you. Fingers crossed for our Spanish students, who will receive their DELE results in August.

Last Saturday during our Family Day, we also had the wonderful opportunity to present IST families with a very special gift: “The Colors of IST”, a beautiful book created by Massimo Cetin, our school photographer.
Through 12 years of collaboration with our school, Massimo has captured unforgettable moments, emotions, and memories, collecting them in a stunning volume filled with remarkable photographs from some of the most meaningful events in IST’s history.
This book is the result of more than a year of dedicated work and is meant to be a heartfelt tribute to our school community. Families who have not yet collected their copy are warmly invited to stop by the school office and pick it up!

Last Saturday, our annual Family Day once again turned into a truly unforgettable celebration! ✨
A special occasion where the joy of being together, having fun, and sharing delicious homemade dishes prepared by our families created an atmosphere full of happiness, laughter, and a little bit of magic. 💛
From games and smiles to wonderful food and precious moments shared as a community, it was a day to remember for everyone involved.
